Our room was smallish, but very clean. I heard complaints over how small it was online, but for the one night we were staying there it was perfect.
We had a lovely view from our window, if we tilted our heads far to the right we could see a bit of the port.
I took a nap, and Jeremy was able to use the hotel's wifi and go on his iPad. Nice feature to this hotel is that it's wifi signal was strong and good. We could facetime my parents and Jeremy was able to watch some videos without any issues.
Before dinner we went to get our last item off our checklist. Alcohol. This was the first time we decided to pick up alcohol to bring onboard before our cruise. There was a liquor store right at the back of our hotel. We got our bottle of Amaretto and Sour Mix, We were set.
For dinner we decided to head back to Bayside Mall. Since Jeremy picked our lunch destination, I chose our dinner. I wanted to eat at Hard Rock Cafe. Now I was very bad here and forgot to take a single picture of what we ate. At each Hard Rock Cafe they have a local burger. It changes depending on the location. At this location it was a pineapple BBQ burger. Jeremy ordered it and although it was VERY messy, it was very good. I had chicken mac n'cheese. It was a tad spicy for me but I enjoyed it. After dinner we went to one of the Daiquiri Bars in the mall. It was the one in the middle of the mall down by the water. There was a band playing so we grabbed a table and enjoyed the evening. Jeremy had a mango Daiquiri and I had a Banana Daiquiri.
Mine was ok, Jeremy's was very good. We sat there enjoying our evening. We walked back to the hotel, repacked our suitcases so we had everything we needed for the day in our carryon, and got some rest, because tomorrow our adventure begins.
